BILLING ADMINISTRATOR
I am Sarah, Billing Administrator for Our Town Studios. I started my career working as a direct care Professional several years ago. I also worked as a home manager and then moved to an administrative role, working with new hires and documentation QA. In 2022 the opportunity to move into the role of billing and payroll director presented itself. I am very much enjoying the role I play in the agency.
RECRUITER
My name is Lane Herdman and I am the Director of Human Resources. I was excited to join the team at the start of Our Town Studios. I’ve always had a passion for working in this field, watching people grow and bonding with the clients we serve is an amazing experience. I am fortunate to be one of the team and eager to be part of our inevitable growth. I started in this field 6 years ago and wouldn’t change anything about it!
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
A few highlights of my journey were coaching Special Olympics Golf team in Madison County and exploring various parks around central Ohio with a group of like-minded individuals. We hiked, fished, and learned to Kayak. This group and I also volunteered at a local park to plant trees and clean up litter. My personal philosophy regarding providing waiver services is “finding purpose”.
